Semi-Automatic vs. Fully Automatic: What's the Difference?

The G5 is available in two options to fit your preference:

  • Fully Automatic: This unit will analyze the patient's heart rhythm and automatically deliver a shock if needed, providing a seamless rescue without a button press.
  • Semi-Automatic: This unit will analyze the patient's heart rhythm and prompt the rescuer to press the shock button to deliver the therapy.
